FDD Signing

After all terms of the agreement and franchise fees are met, you are officially part of the 7 Leaves family! The signing kicks off the start to an incredible partnership and segues into the initial training.

Grand Opening

With extensive training and support in tandem with the construction and build-out of the initial store, the Grand Opening marks the celebration of your success on bringing 7 Leaves Cafe to your community.

Candidate Qualifications

Reside in your territory of interest or have a vested Operations Manager who does

Market specific experience such as retail real estate development, including construction and site selection

Franchise Costs

  • $250,000 Area Development Fee: The area development fee secures exclusive rights to the territory.
  • $35,000 Franchise Fee: The franchise fee is paid upon the signing of each lease.
  • Royalty Fee: 6% of Gross Sales
  • Marketing Fee: 2% of Gross Sales

Westminster

 

  • 1000 – 1500 sq ft
  • This model puts a great emphasis on speed, efficiency, and convenience.
  • Express stores are our most simplistic type of store. Designed for limited seating as a grab and go type of model. It predominantly caters to those who seek speed and convenience. Drive-thrus with limited seating or walk-up windows are also classified as express stores.

Garden Grove

 

  • 1500 – 2500 sq ft
  • Designed to have an abundance of seating for customers who want to sit and enjoy their drinks, study, work, hold meetings, etc. Cafes are most popular around neighborhoods, high schools, and colleges.

Artesia

 

  • 2000 – 2500 sq ft
  • A combination of cafe and drive-thru.
  • These are considered the megastores and are great for highly populated areas, high foot traffic and car traffic. Customers have the option of full service or speed service.
